Service Description

Realign your body and reset your mind for a nourishing 50 minutes of dedicated full body stretching. Stretches will flow from one to another leaving you with a sense of spaciousness and fluidity. You’ll be floating out of the studio feeling the benefits of increased blood flow, lengthened muscles and a clearer mind.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be at least 5 hours before your class, or the night before an early morning class. This gives clients on our waitlist an opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Unlimited plans will be reduced by 1 day.
