Service Description
Our signature reformer class sequenced to engage your upper, mid and lower body through dynamic use of the reformer and small apparatus. With a focus on exercise ‘layering’, you will be challenged but in control of your intensity in any given session. After 45 minutes, you’ll feel renewed, energised and leave with a real sense of achievement.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be at least 5 hours before your class, or the night before an early morning class. This gives clients on our waitlist an opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Unlimited plans will be reduced by 1 day.
