Service Description
A full body workout using your own body weight, often combined with props for added balance, strength and coordination challenges. In 45 minutes you will move your body through all three planes of motion resulting in increased joint mobility, muscle length and flexibility. Discover how moving with control and purpose will optimise your body's alignment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be at least 5 hours before your class, or the night before an early morning class. This gives clients on our waitlist an opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Unlimited plans will be reduced by 1 day.
